Who We Are
Considered one of the premier thought leaders in the industry, Jason Horowitz spent over 25 years in the healthcare services industry. He has held numerous executive, business development, and advisory roles across various sub-sectors, where Jason has been responsible for creating several billion dollars of value.
As a goal-driven professional, Jason empowers clients to excel in fast-paced, highly demanding environments. Through formal training and ongoing coaching, he provides executives, founders, and staff with the resources, tools, and knowledge necessary to produce superior results. Jason is adept at understanding complex business landscapes, analyzing challenges, and developing lasting solutions to reduce risk, drive operational excellence, and positively impact the bottom line.
Most recently, Jason served as Vice President of Business Development for 42 North Dental, one of the largest dental service organizations in the nation. His responsibilities included developing and maximizing the business development process, executing partnership opportunities with general and specialty dental practices, and aiding executive leadership in the company’s overall growth strategies.
Jason spent seven years at Northwell Health, the largest health system and provider in New York, serving as Vice President of Business Development and Ambulatory Strategy. His responsibilities included leading Northwell’s Large Physician Group Acquisition unit, its Clinical Joint Venture Group, as well as sourcing, developing, and executing complex strategic clinical opportunities in the ambulatory space. Jason also spent over a decade as an investment banker, providing strategic, financial, and distressed financial advisory services to a variety of healthcare clients, including sole-community provider hospitals, multi-facility healthcare systems and senior care operators. He started his career as a chemical engineer, where he earned two patents for the manufacturing of cationic hypophosphite salts.
Born and raised in New York, Jason earned a BSE in Chemical Engineering from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. He spends most of his personal time coaching youth sports and helping fitness enthusiasts looking to optimize their personal health.
